How to request deletion of your account
To request deletion of your customer account, send an email to contact@hotelh1-madagascar.com.
What to include in your email
- Subject line: Account deletion request
- Your full name
- The email address used for your account
- A clear statement that you want your customer account deleted
We may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the request, to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
What happens next
After verification, we will delete or anonymize your customer account access and related profile data that are no longer needed for providing the service.
Some information linked to past reservations, payments, or invoices may be retained when required for legal, accounting, or dispute-handling purposes. That retention is limited to what is necessary.
If you are also subscribed to our newsletter or marketing messages, mention in your email if you want those communications stopped as well; you can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link when available.
